Welcome to the Wiki for Doppler Shift, a SS13 Roleplaying community with a focus on Lore, Community Involvement, Staff Transparency, and of course, Roleplay.
¶ Where am I?
If you have stumbled across this Wiki without any knowledge of who we are or what this is, your best bet would be joining our Discord, However it's worth knowing that our community is currently Vouch Only, meaning that unless someone within the community is willing to vouch for you and your character, you won't be allowed entry. This is unlikely to change for the foreseeable future.
¶ Where should I start?
Our Lore Primer, available on the sidebar, contains a large amount of the starting information a new character should be aware of. If you're interested in diving deeper into the lorebase, it contains links to other relevant subjects and a guide on how to create a lore-friendly character that fits into the setting smoothly.
If you're already set on the lore, contact people on the discord in the #help-with-roleplay channel if you would like further help with playing a character, or read the scheduled round times in #the-mf-schedule to see when the next scheduled round will occur. The server remains up on non-scheduled times, and the discord bot D.O.P.P.I.E maintains an updated count of the players currently on the server to easily be able to tell if there's a round going on at non-scheduled times.
